Since 1992 Terry & Melissa have lived in Grimsby, Ontario on the south shore of Lake Ontario in the beautiful Niagara Peninsula – a semi rural setting with abundant wildlife and fruit bearing trees. We are one hour away from Toronto and within a day's drive of New York City.

For the first 7 years of our marriage Terry worked in computers , mostly as a systems analyst. Melissa worked in various roles in special education.

Then, in response to the ‘call of God’ Terry accepted a role as assistant Pastor at a large suburban church in the Toronto area.

Then we moved to Grimsby where for 10 ten years we served as the Senior Pastoral couple at Lakemount Worship Centre. During that period of time we experienced an amazing period of growth and healing for ourselves and our church family.

In 2002, we resigned the position at Lakemount in order to focus upon a call to help Leaders.
Since 2003 our ministry has become multi-faceted:

We have written books and produced materials on the topic of Family Blessing, conducting frequent seminars in Canada and around the world.

Terry serves as a leadership consultant and coach and has a growing ministry to Pastors and Leaders in select overseas locations.

Melissa is soon to be ordained and also is a certified Labour DOULA for pregnant women which gives her great opportunities to bring the Family Blessing in practical ways.

We have three young adult children - David, Jessica and Mark. Jessica is married to Jason. They have provided us with one granddaughter, Abby, and another child is due summer 2010.

Our Passion is to invest in the emerging generation of Leaders.
