WHO MINISTERS TO THE MINISTERS?

Our vision is to make YOUR vision successful!

Personal Ministry

Jesus said to his disciples "I have appointed you to bear much fruit and that your fruit should remain" As a leader, it is God's will for your church or ministry to achieve long lasting results. Church Health is a key component in achieving this. A Healthy Church is defined as one in which the members have embraced their own need for spiritual and emotional health as a vital component to personal growth. And the key to putting a church on the path to spiritual health is to develop a healthy leadership team!

Developing and maintaining the spiritual and emotional health of the individuals on the team takes time and energy. We can help you prioritize and carry out an effective plan to accomplish this objective.

Periodically we sponsor retreats for pastors and leaders for the purpose of personal refreshing and we are available to provide teaching and prayer ministry for you and your leadership team.

Local Church Leadership Structure

Elders? Deacons? Part time staff?

The New Testament says a lot about the character of local church leadership but very little about its structure. God will bless a variety of different styles and organizational structures as long as they are led by Godly men and women. However, the fact is that as congregations grow and change, the leadership needs to adapt in order to keep it growing.

Our experience in Pastoral ministry included leading a growing church from a 'one Pastor does it all' style of leadership to a Leadership team that included elders, deacons, plus several part time and full time paid staff.

We are available to assist your church leadership team in evaluating your current situation and to make recommendations for a team that will be able to grow with your congregation.

Sabbaticals

EVERYONE needs sabbath rest in their life, and how much more do those whose lives are spent feeding and refreshing others for the sake of the Kingdom.

We have learned much through personal experience with sabbaticals. Our own sabbatical, taken during a busy time of growth, was a positive life giving experience for us, our family and for the leadership of our church.

Planning ahead was the key factor.

We provide materials and assistance in presenting the idea to your Board or leadership team. We may also be available to walk with you and your team through the process of preparing you and your church to conduct a successful sabbatical.
